Note: This is a better version of the other guide, this one is roughly twice as fast but requires a level 50
This method is easiest when the lower level has a vanish, but it is not required
1. Kill everything up to the first boss (Braxx the Bloodhound)
2. (IF THE LEVEL 50 HAS HEALS)
a. Pull the boss
b. Have the level 50 beat the bloodhounds to about 10%
c. The level 50 will leave the group
**When the aggro switches to your lower level, just have the 50 heal him through it
d. There is 30 second timer before he leaves, so just make sure the bloodhounds are around 2-3% when he leaves (have the lower level use his abilities to get them really low).
e. Right when the 50 gets kicked from the group and instance, the lower level pops some cooldowns (not necessary) and power through the last of the hounds health
** It helps to have a tank companion on passive up until this point, and then put him on attack when the 50 leaves
f. The lower level receives FULL experience from each hound (11k per hound at level 22, 8k per hound at 27)
g.*WITH VANISH* Use vanish (after both hounds are dead and just this boss is alive)
g1.*WITHOUT VANISH* The lower level then dies. Invite the level 50 back to the group before you release. While the lower level is in the loading screens and running back to the boss, the level 50 can be attacking the hounds and have them pretty low when the lower level gets there.
h. Rinse and repeat. No need to reset the instance ever (seeing as the boss never dies)
3. (IF THE LEVEL *DOESN'T HAVE* 50 HEALS)
a. The lower level needs to stand here - https://i.imgur.com/tfaJm.jpg - https://i.imgur.com/QhmrB.jpg
a1. Pull the boss
b. Have the level 50 beat the bloodhounds to as low as possible without killing them
c. The level 50 will leave the group
**When the aggro switches to your lower level, don't worry, the aggro will come back to the 50 before they run all the way down
d. There is 30 second timer before he leaves, so just make sure the bloodhounds are around 2-3% when he leaves (the lower level can't help with risk of dying, so just have the level 50 use poor abilities to get the hounds as low as possible).
e. Right when the 50 gets kicked from the group and instance, the lower level pops some cooldowns (not necessary) and power through the last of the hounds health
** It helps to have a tank companion on passive up until this point, and then put him on attack when the 50 leaves

Using this method, we killed both hounds and could be ready for another pull in under 2 mins (most of the time we waited for vanish CD). We leveled from 22-30 in about 2-3 hours.
USEFUL TIPS
-Assassins get improved vanish (lowers cooldown by 30s/60s) at level 25 and 26, get it
-If you are using the vanish method, be sure to spec in any talent that reduces the cooldown of vanish. Trust me, it saves a LOT of time.
-Have some extra medpacs just in case
-The level 50 can mount inside the flashpoint, makes getting back to the boss that much easier
-Once you perfect the entire process, the level 50 can start using the 'Exit Area' button instead of leaving the group. Exit area only takes 10 seconds, and he will remain in the group. This method is a little more difficult, but is ultimately faster.
-The hounds and the boss are all melee, and are very slow, if you are having trouble killing them just kite around
