Get inside an opposite faction cantina and benefit from it.

So I discovered this today, I am an Empire player and I managed to get inside the Tookreek Cantina in Tatooine.

I got killed by the level 50 champion guard, but there were no guards inside and I was revived.
And here comes the exploit part, I still got rested. So I am in an opposite faction Cantina, raking in rested experience. For roleplayers this might be very very very useful.

So what is the exploit exactly, you can kill stuff while being rested while doing it?

Technically if its a pvp server, yes, you can kill the people coming to rest.

The exploit though, is that you can rest in another faction's cantina.

Not for a roleplayer or if you wish to rest in an opposite faction cantina.
On pvp servers you can pvp while getting rested xp, especially if you find a Cantina people often travel to.

Does that seem intended? well guess what, its not. The exploit is that you can rest in an enemy's cantina, and if on a PVP server you can kill the people who come to rest too.

So, your basis for this being an exploit is that it doesn't make logical sense for a Sith to be in a Republic cantina? You know that revive thing that happens when you die, how does that work? How about when you are in a cave and you quick travel and that shuttle comes and picks you up? What is it about a cantina being "republic" aligned that suddenly makes the "rested" state from enjoying music/entertainment etc. that no longer works for sith? Your basis for it being an exploit can easily just be argued as intended for roleplaying purposes which, wow look at that, you yourself suggested. It gets really annoying when people post these "oh wow awesome exploit" because something is a little off about it. There is nothing useful about this, besides being able to get rested, which is what the entire purpose of the cantina is, so I see working as intended. You can attack opposite faction on a pvp server in their cantina, so now world pvp is an exploit? If you weren't suppose to be able to attack them, then they would be immune in there....

I don't even think you were supposed to enter them.
In other MMO's you don't get bonuses for sneaking into another faction's city and chill there.

This is working as intended, There is no exploit here

Oh and...One thing I discovered today, you can use the other faction's crew skill trainers too.

Strange, if I follow your reasoning why can't I use the bounding points on a opposite faction camp? It's just a electronic device.
