GM Icon in general chat??

Today I seen someone is general chat say something, but they had the Blizzard icon before there name, as if they were a GM. How is this possible. When I asked, he wouldn;t say much... but he said that it was achieved by using lua codes? Is this possible? Any help would be appreciated greatly!

No, but I dicided to report him after he said to me "report me, it'll do you no good, I ain't telling you shit". Or words to that effect. He just wouldn't tell me. I did take the ticket back, not wanting to report him, but got frustrated so just decided to go through with it.
