Apache 2.2 Help/setup (account Registration Website)

Ok, Im using a compiled Trinity Core Server with Mysql 5.5.17 and I have been racking my brain for the past 3 days on how to do this...and I have looked at various guides but to no avail. Im using Windows Xp Mediacenter Edition 32bit to host the server and I've made the server public using Dyndns. Now I'm at the part where I need an Online Website to connect to mysql in the form of account Registration page. I've tried wampserver it freezes during startup and restarting of services so thats crossed out. So now im Trying to use apache 2.2 on its own(i added the ability to use php to it) but Now im stuck I have no clue how to get apache to allow other people on my network to acess my website. I changed the apache default port from 80 to 8080 since my isp blocks 80. Im trying to make it so people can acess my website using the same dyndns hostname as my server.

    Please help.

Take a look at the dyndns IP address and take a look What's My IP Address? Networking Tools & More .
If they are the same then try directly with the IP.
    If that doesn't work try IP:8080 .

PS: Did you test if it loads on localhost?

Take the IP address from here What's My IP Address? Networking Tools & More .
If it Doesn't work, try to add IP:8080 .
If this doesn't work make sure you forwarded your router on your local IP (NAT) on port 8080.
If you did that too than make sure that you put the httpd.exe to your firewall exceptions.

If you do all this and it doesn't work, you did something wrong for sure.

    Have a nice day.
