We talked to the guys at MMORig and let them know that we’d heard quite a bit of buzz about their service. MMORig reportedly hires some of the world’s top PvPers to help other players get quick and easy Arena and RBG boosts and items, as well as Heroic Firelands raiding gear and weapons.

After sending the company a message over their live chat service, we were immediately impressed with the level of English used by the customer support representative. The player who took control of our character was a professional Arena player in the highest brackets of the game. He played the class expertly and helped the team climb up quickly. In a matter of less than four hours, our character was raised to the desired rating, and the team left us enough Conquest Points to buy the arena weapons and gear of our choice.

They instructed us that the character was now geared enough to participate in their professional rated battleground team, and that they would take the character through high-ranked matches on the following day and achieve a high rating and new PvP title.

What we really liked was that MMORig gave us a choice between waiting a bit longer to achieve a pristine win-loss ratio, or opting-in for the quickest service, which would level our character up to a high rating with a smaller emphasis on the preservation of a perfect win-loss ratio. Since this was only a test character not intended for high-end PvP, we figured it would be best to order the quick service, but they explained that they have maintained perfect win-loss records for customers who are looking to get a head start at the beginning or end of a season.

So far, the OwnedCore staff was exceedingly impressed with the results, and we were thrilled to see what else was in store for our test character. We finished the day with a fully-geared PvP character.

Rated Battlegrounds Service

After discussing more about the previous day of service with us, MMORig’s team quickly prepared their roster of glads and rank 1 gladiator players for a Rated Battleground. They gave us an estimate of a few hours, and they delivered much more than we had first anticipated.

The representative entertained us with a bit of chit-chat, and we spent awhile shooting the breeze about the state of PvP in World of Warcraft, what comps were the top performers, etc. Working with MMORig was a pleasant experience. It differed greatly from some of the nightmarish situations we've fallen into with other services in the past.

As we imagined our character battling the Horde and Alliance in the Rated Battlegrounds, we twiddled our thumbs anxiously and awaited an announcement from the team. Trying not to butt in too much, we asked for multiple status updates and received friendly and useful replies that our character was climbing steadily in rating. They once again informed us to contact them if we had any more questions regarding the service.

I had the sudden desire to sit down and watch a couple of war flicks as we waited patiently for the announcement that the work had been finished. Lo and behold, as Saving Private Ryan rolled into the last ten minutes of film, we got a ping on Skype that our character had not only achieved the rating we asked for, but they had exceeded that rating unexpectedly.

The only thought on our minds was, “Whoa! What a service!” Once again, they blew our expectations right out of the water.

After we discussed the Rated Battlegrounds in full, we were told that they would be getting some PvE items as well. This served to give us a picture of the facet of their service we hadn’t yet seen. How could it go wrong? Their Arena and Rated Battleground service was absolutely spectacular.

PvE Service

As if the Rated Battlegrounds and Arena hadn’t been enough, MMORig carted our test character through the molten Firelands in search of epic and useful loot. They informed us that anything the raid didn’t need would go to our character, and they weren’t going after any specific items or bosses.

This was the fastest of all of the services. Our character was in and out of a full clear of the Firelands in just over two hours, which is beyond impressive. We got a few opportunities to take a peek at some of the boss fights from the instance, which left us wondering how the team was able to clear the instance so quickly.

Having made sufficient bag space ahead of time, we had enough room for a couple of useful and useless (but eye-catching) items that dropped from the bosses. While MMORig can't hack into Blizzard's servers and change the drop rates, we got some major upgrades and loot that we wouldn’t have had access to with our level of gear, and this boosted our DPS to unbelievable heights. Considering our character was barely geared at all, we walked out with a bag of swag and a license to kill.

Conclusions and Review

MMORig went above and beyond what they said they'd deliver. On top of this, they completed their work with unmatched efficiency. This is a five-star service. We’ve never seen anything quite like MMORig. No other service has been so quick to communicate with us. MMORig gave us constant updates and they were always online to answer any questions we had about their service or about the status of our order.

The other service our staff contacted refused to provide service to us based on a number of factors, and this was following an eight hour wait time after one of the customer service representatives decided to suddenly AFK on us without an announcement. By the time he returned to his computer to tell us that the service was unavailable, MMORig was already beginning to play our test character. In short, don’t go with any of MMORig’s competitors unless you’re in for a headache and wasted money.
