How did i extract them?
From MPQ to DBC
From DBC to CSV
From CSV to SQL
From SQL to inside DB table
From DB table to HTML for only needed columns
i did this so i can develop a server with sounds and effects much like blizzard or better.

The How TO:
1- You download Ladik's MPQ Editor and start it.
2- You configure Ladik's MPQ Editor as you see in the picture.
3- You go to file and open MPQ's.
4- You browse to your world of warcraft directory.
5- You select every MPQ you find, easier.
6- You click add MPQ again to get the rest of the files.
7- You browse to enUS folder and Select the rest of the MPQ's.

7- Select Multi-MPQ Mode, and Read only!
NO PICTURE NEEDED!
8- Once they are open, you go to the list on the left and see each folder called Sound.
8- Right Click Extract each one of the folders.
9- Extraction Settings as follows.
9- There are over 10 Sound folders, each will take a lot of time to extract based on your machine, approx 30 minutes for all folders for me.
10- You open the directory you extracted the sounds to and select the sound file name that you want its ID, to use in your server.
11- You go to Sound ID's file and enter the name of the file you want, its ID should be on the left side. Example : XXXXX_Example_Sound_File_Name. XXXXX is ID that your going to use in your server scripts or database.

note:
2-im betting you did not notice the numbers order.
Remember: There are commands ingame so you can here these sounds without having to open them.
for trinity its .debug play i think.
