Ban People From Any Chat Channel

as far as I can tell THIS IS PERMANENT. I doubt anything short of GM intervention will solve this shit.

basically all you do is /ban [channelnumber] [playername]

this will ban them from that channel permanently. doesnt work SOMETIMES in custom channels but seems to work 4 every1 in other (public) channels

This actually does work. "[playername] was kicked from the channel by [myname]". My target also received this message and said he wasn't in the channel anymore and couldn't join it back. I do think everyone in the channel receives this message, so be cautious while using this. Abusing from this could probably get you temp. banned.

Peeps, i got the best advice... use it on gold spammers. They won't complain when it happens to them, and as long as we only use it on them, then it won't get fixed.

I don't think you will get banned for doing this one time as people using the professions exploits didn't get banned. You're actually using something that the game is letting you use and not creating a hack/exploit to achieve non-allowed things. If you use it more, and start to ban everyone using this, you have chances to become (temporary) banned. And if you do get banned, it will be a 24h ban most likely.
