Getting banned for scamming some guy selling a RAF rocket?

Ok so some guys is like selling RAF 12k im like 2k now 10k when i get rocket, he does that I get the rocket for 2k I just logged off, later he whisps me SCAMMER ETC ill report u etc etc will i get a ban or something for that?

Well.. if you were the buyer and paid the amount in question he can't do shit. Atleast that is what I am thinking...

You won't get banned for scamming (you could, but probably not), instead you could get banned for purchasing an "Out of game item" with "In Game Currency" which is a no no. The most likely thing to happen will be that you will get a warning and the rocket mount removed.
I'm not sure what will or could happen specifically, but I do know that buying the Touring Rocket with gold is against the TOS
