Auto selecting char ID and name

Im having a bit of trouble. 'Im using mangos web enhanced v2 for a vote page and another program to allow people to create an account. Problem is, is when they create their account all of the info put into my DB just fine, except in the table Account_extend thier character ID and Name wont fill in. Theres a quite a few players on my realm so I cant really fill in all of the info manually, so what would I have to do to auto fill those in my DB?

(im a noob on scripting webpages so any help would be awesome) thank's.

And if you should know, im using Trinity Core.
