[Realm First! Skinning] Questions

Hi there,
This is my first thread on this forum so take it easy!

Well, i thought I go for the Realm First! Skinning achivement cause it seems pretty easy
I tried to google some strategy about this but it seems that there isn't any.

Only information I found was in a guide and it stated:

450-525 = Twilight Highlands
"Skin any Beast, there are Tawny Owls and Highland Worgs north of Thundermar, but any beast works.
Yep, you're high enough to skin any Cataclysm mob if you are 450 skinning so go ahead and jump to the high level zones."

This can't be true? can it? because i've been inside uldum, and you need 485 to skin the camels there.

Can someone tell me where I should start? And where i can find the required skinning lvl for specific mobs, thanks.
