I think I have to dissapoint you, but something as a leveling bot wont ever be created.
Simple reason : Some fun thing is leveling tho? Still leveling goes slow on AO, but maybe you should take your time and try to enjoy questing.
You could use a speedhack and stuff to speed up your questing rate.
