New rune system exploit with lucifrom curse

When do you get lucifrom's curse or some other debuff that increases your spell cost it just bug your rune system, what I did on those core hounds was just spreading debuffs and spamming blood boil, it just bugged because I could use blood boil forever, like it had no cost... those 2 death runes in the middle (2 frost) just stood there, have not recieved any normal rune cooldown, so I could just spam blood boil and 1 rune spells without any cost.

You're welcome.
Wowhead the spell and see if it shares the effect in question with any other spell,
then you might be able to re-create it before the raid reset, I'd check myself, but I don't have access to a computer with WoW right now.

This isn't new. It was like this pre-patch too. The curse doubles ability costs, so each spell costs 2x runes. I didn't know it worked with Blood Boil too but on the boss I always spammed Blood Strike with no cooldown. What happens is it uses the rune, then resets the cooldown. Not sure why, but it only works with the curse.
