Req: Prog that executes shots when they're ready with Shot Priority for a SV-Hunter

I am unsure if this exists or not. But...

I am playing a SV hunter and I am sick and tired of having to do all of my shots manually.

Is there a program that will autoclick spells when they are off cooldown and ready to be used again? Is there one that can set these spells up in a priority list, so if two spells overlap then the one with priority gets executed first?

Forgive me. I've tried searching the fourms for something like this, but failed to find any.
