A WoW bot for linux? I made one that I use for personal use as I play on Linux in WINE and no bots work because they all use process ID's which WINE doesn't support. It works great, but I don't play WoW anymore. I was thinking of adding some features and releasing it, but I want to know if it's worth the time. How many of you would actually use it?

would you please give some more details ? what kind of bot it is ? gathering or grinding ?

It can do both. It's also able to pick up and return quests but doesn't know things like "go kill this specific mob for the quest" I was basically thinking of improving the GUI, make it able to detect objectives rather then just is it comeplete or not and get a converter for WP working and release it. It's undetected as only I have been using it but has no warden protection and has an addon that does all the work so it never actually reads from or injects into WoW itself. It uses Linux processes as well which means no issues with sending the data using the addon. Also, it uses keystrokes so only 1 instance of WoW at a time. If I get a chance to have a friend come over I'll make a video showing it off a bit. It's not very simple to setup right now so like I said I'd improve the UI.

it works just fine for me with latest version of wine.

reason why bots dont work on linux is cause of most bots are really dependant on different windows API's that are not included with wine.
