way to mod/add atributes to weapons?

was wondering if theres a way to add stats to gear so my ToS could perhaps have a bow w/ mana and wisdom points or other of the sort

im not looking to OP or hyper lvl, thatd be to easily spotted

also if there IS a way, it would be even better if the added stat was only visable to you or not at all, to avoid detection
