[BUG] Saurfang heroic

Thought i would post this as a warning to anyone who is doing Saurfang heroic mode.

If you start the event in regular mode then convert to heroic in the 1.5 minutes before the encounter he will start with 100 "rage" this means he will throw out the first mark 1 second into the fight.

I have not tested but this may also happen if you start in heroic (lets face it anyone can down lootship in heroic) and then convert to regular so be careful, this could be a major set back especially in 25man if you have him get those extra marks off.
