I was playing on a private server the other day, it was instant 70 day so i made a 70 of each class. It was obviously a PvP server and everyone was 70 so i respecced a few tmes for the best PvP spec ( not healing ). The are completely my opinion and are probably wrong anyway.

Found that spamming Moonfire in pvp raids and entangle + wrath / starfire works well. Each moonfire having nearly 40%Crit ( with T6 , nice wep and accessories) can hit anywhere from 600-1200. Doubt this is actually a good spec, but it seemed to work!
Hunter: http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=mx0hZVEVoVzGest0h
Went Marks of course with the slightest touch of survival and Beast. The Aspect of hawk adds to Marks and the extra range gets in that extra ranged DPS and just seemed to work well when it gives you the first strike against a hunter w/o it or a mage/lock/priest with only 30 range; can't polymorph if youre silenced ^^
Mage: http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=RZxMhzbZVqMc0fxsiqx
Mage is my main on retail WoW. I have it specced full frost for grinding, but plan on using the above spec at 70 ( if i ever get my account back ). I went frost because it just seemed better than fire to me. Frost bolt, cone of cold, run! , ice nova, spam ice lance, cone of cold, run, frost bolt.... and /lol at the dead guy.
Paladin: http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=sexuZVRtIx0dMMqt
This one is 100% opinionated. Pallys have more options than fire or ice. They can go holy or prot, shields or 2h, tank or buff, etc. I personally chose prot and tank even though on retail wow all pallies turn out to be healers end game >.< However, if you get the chance, try out prot. Untouchable Paladin tanks with a short bubble CD and enough Holy in them to heal during combat worked well for me.
Priest: http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=rVx0zhZZVMgkMtRhtEo
Holy is the obvious choice, but since i wanted to stray away from healing, and since i heard so much about the infamous shadow priest, i tried speccing shadow. Loved It! My Shadow Priest is my new main! Discipline + Shadow = Mad crits and power! I'm a BE SP so i have fear, arcane torrent, and silence to stop a cast; pwns mages!
Rogue: http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=fhedoxzsVzyoGxV00V
An assasination combat combo! I don't think it's the best, but it fits my play style. Nice easy combo points and crit chances. I play with stuns and crits so it fits me, a nice sap or gouge here never hurt anyone.. unless a backstab followed it..
Shaman: http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=hgZxZEbxtVcoted
Ok, so i couldn't resist going healing on a shaman. I couldn't see it any other way. A few extra 'reduce mana cost' talents here and there but mostly healing. The spec sucks if you ask me, i just can't think of anything more useful. I hear enhancement from everyone, but I'd just roll a pally for the elemental damage combo.
Warlock: http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=Ai0bZ0xZxx0trhtVuAo
Warlock used to be my 2nd main ( to my mage ) on retail. Loved Affliction at first, but once i got to 70 i realized destro and its crits were huge. A 1-2k crit with shadowbolt , a few DoTs, a stupid imp, and a couple immolates just pwn. I love this spec and actualy think this is a good spec.
Warrior: http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=pVZiVu0ggRVzVo0xt
never liked warriors, always thought they couldn't deal dmg like a rogue or tank like a pally. But eh, I found this spec quite useful, nice shouts, a little prot to keep you alive w/o a shield while you deal damage like a beserker. Don't like it, but that's probably because i don't like warriors.
I hope you found this useful, and if not, then i hope you have a nice day anyway.
