Can't find the old scam...

Lately I have been looking around for an old scam, some of you may know it.

The scam involved a program that reversed youtube scams and let you check the .exe for for the files inside. Things like the e-mail and password of the person whos trying to scam.

I have been searching alot in many different forums and have had no luck. If anyone has the program or knows the thread of the scam im talking about it would be much apreciated if you could link me to it.
