could anyone out there help me out with this mount swap?

I would just switch the two models. Another way you do it would be to switch the display ID of the creature in the spell.dbc, which you could accomplish by using a DBC editor program. If you need help on how to switch models, there are plenty of guides (or you can just PM me

a guide which describes how to change the mount with DBC, and not a dbc editing guide where the author explains how to change a freakin bunny. ( not that i dont appreciate that, but those kinda guides didnt work out for me )
