Photoshop Brushes

how exactly do i install new brushes?
ive seen the deviant ones and they rock, but i try and download em and it just goes to a winrar thing...

when you open it with winrar just click on it, then it will open Adobe Photoshop

ooooorrrrr nooootttt, extract it in to your adobe photoshop->presets->brushes

Or you can do it all in the program it's self by doing this:

Edit
Preset manager
Brushes
Load
Pick your brushes
Done

Or to streamline the process even faster just look for brushes made in CS or higher which will usually open up CS and install them selves automatically.
