What is this Blizzard getting more intense?

I tried to fax in a ID and got this:


Thank you for submitting the account recovery documentation we requested for the World of Warcraft account ###. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept your submission because of the following:

- The recovery form was not properly filled out.
The street address included does not appear to match the location from which the account is being accessed.

How do you fix this?

Well you can call them up. That's what i'll do so it isn't as hard

Ring 'em up. I've never had to contact Blizzard via anything other than a GM in game, I dread to think what it's like actually to ring them up though
