Account Transfer - Chargeback - What will happen?

Hi Guys,

I have just transfered a char from a scammed account to a new account.
Now i wondered what would happen if i chargeback the transaction costs?

Would only the original account from which i transfered be banned for chargeback or also the new account on which the char was transfered to?

In theorie i thought that only the old/scammed acc gets banned, because i pay the transfer from that acc. But before i try this, i´d like to know your opinion? Will the new acc be safe after chargeback? Or will Blizzard ban both?

i had exactly this situation. They banned nothing, the char you transferred was just unplayable

The scammed account got banned when I did it.

I think it depends on something, I am not sure though.

When I did this I had the scammed one banned because it originated from there but I'm not sure.

Agreeing with Padawan5 that it might depend on something - I can't say. You could take the risk and see how it goes or wait for more people to confirm\
