Good IP blocking program?

Looking to bock my I.P.

Dont know much about proxys/etc.

But looking for a program I can torrent or download, that will block my IP from sites that I access.

Any tips?
Would HIGHLY appreciate it.

Also, any IP programs that would block your IP form WoW?

Yeah VPN is usually better, security and is a bit faster then Tor

But Tor works aswell

And how does VPN ect work? (Never used it before)
