Blizzard ban

if i just hacked an account, and i also changed the e-mail of the account, so blizzard emails goes to me instead of the hacked person...
can blizzard ban me then?, what can they do, what is the change.. and so on...


EDIT: yes i made the account mine.. changed passwords and so on...
i was very carefull and just hacked an account which has a 2months play time with the playtime card, not an account which was using Credit...

Not sure what youre question is, if your question is if blizzard can ban the account?
Then, Yes. Blizzard would temporarily suspend it probably, then investigate the matter. Ask you to provide an ID, if you can´t, bam the account would be banned.

Also, blizzard might not catch up on this at all. But the person who owns the account most likely, will. He will be able to get the account back, even though you changed the e-mail and the password. All he has to do is call blizzard, or send in a web form.

I´d suggest you to make a fresh copy of world of warcraft and transfer the characters on to this account and then getting the scammed account banned. This would improve your chances of keeping the account.
