Update Post "MMOwned Ranking System and How Reputation Works"

I see some of the requirements from the thread MMOwned Ranking System and How Reputation Works have been changed, and it would be useful if the post were updated to include new information.

Updating it would cut down on questions in the forum about how to get certain ranks, or why their rank hadn't updated even though they fulfilled the requirements stated in the post.

If this has been posted, which I didn't see, feel free to reply with an unhappy face emote ()
