[Help] Arcemu not working in vista

I've installed Arcemu from scratch on vista, but when I open the arcemu-logonserver file, I get an error saying this:

This application has failed to start because LIBEAY32.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

When I open arcemu-worldserver I get this:

This application has failed to start because LIBMYSQL.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

Reinstalling does not fix it and I have installed Framework 3.5.

search for both dll's on your computer or google them then place them in c:/windows/system32

I already have them in that folder. What I think it might be is that windows vista is not allowing the arcemu programs to access that folder. How do I fix this?

set them to run under adminstrator

right click .exe->properties->security tab ,etc.

Both of these are included in the windows libraries that are provided in the SVN under ../trunk/extras/arcemu-windows-libraries/.

You need to do this or else it will not work, do everything that the ReadMe file says to, and you only have to do that once.
