Some1 transferred my charachter away!

So since wotlk is coming out next week my brother wanted me to recall his account that he had sold. Now it appears the guy transferred all the lvl 60-70 away to another account. Is there a way to get it back?

You can do 2 things..

Call blizz and tell them that your account got hacked..
then it would a great idea to tell them the names of your characters
class, lvls.. so on..
They will be able to see what have been transfered and to which account.

They might say that you need to use the webform.

just fill everything out. choose (account compromised) and explain that you got hacked and that he transfered all your characters...
Also send them an ID of yourself, that will give you a higher succes rate.

If I use their webform it takes like 1-2 months before they have proccesed it... so thats my final option

any other sugestions?

call them : ) easy and no sometimes it takes no more than a few days.. and i have proven this several times..
