Too bad scamming isn't a language. Scamming is just using methods. A language not. You need to understand a language if you want to speak like that, scamming is not the same, you only need to read up what to do and accomplish those steps. Like mccain said, read guides and then ask for help instead of a "tutor"

If this was programming, or learning a language or something, then yeah, having a teacher would be nice.

However, scamming is pretty simple. Find what you'd like to do (phishing, trade scam, keylogger...), look for some techniques, and try them.
