    Scammed account with full info

    Alright i scammed a account with and i have full info
    but theres one problem the person who i scmmed blocked evry hour using wow parental controls. i cant reset the password because it goes to his parental controll email.
    how do i change the parental control email?

    If you call blizzard, they might just refer you to the Blizzard Support Page : "http://us.blizzard.com/support/article.xml?articleId=21469"
    and to fill it out. If you get somebody to make a fake ID, you can just fax that page in and they'd be able to help you out.

    yes its easy. but its also costly.

    find someone who specializes in it, i remember some guy who would do it for like 20$.

    Call Billing. It's possible they'll be able to give you access to the Parental Controls password if you can provide the Parental Controls SQA (which is separate from the normal account SQA, though they CAN be the same if the account owner made them the same). They may however refer you to that form.

    Either way, I'd just say call Billing.
