I know the accounts password, and i can get the last name. With that much is there any way to get full info?

No you need the sq/a. with that you can

You need more than just password and last name. SQA is a must, as is email access ( which can be gained through SQA and some phone time with Blizz )

With the account username, account first name, and account last name, you can get the SQA. The SQA and last name let you change the email, which lets you change the password.

Getting the password isn't necessary. For US, the most important part of any account is its last name. The first name is also important, but it can be seen in the account management page. I'm not sure if you know his first name or not, but you will need the first AND last.

Call Blizzard where the forms are. They don't have for nothing a help line where you can ask. Most of the time US Blizzard is flexible in answering, unlike EU that requires tons and tons of information.

However, it is possible they may be able to give it to you over the phone if you supply them with all the info. Possible.
