[Release] Changed Starting locations

This SQL will edit the starting location for all the races. Alliance races
will now start in the middle of SW trade district, and horde will start in
the middle of Orgrimmar. This is for ArcEmu only.
HowTo for beginners!

1. Start by opening your database tool, such as Navicat, SQLyog,
HeidiSQL or whatever you use. For this I'll be using Navicat, as
it seems alot of the users use this, personally i use HeidiSQL.

2. Connect to you're database, and select the database which
contains your world tables. Often called Ascent_World.

3. Right click that database, and press "Execute batch file".

4. Now you will see a new box popping up, in this box press
the "..." button.

5. Navigate too the location on your computer where you
saved the SQL file, open it and press "Start".

6. Now all the races on your ArcEmu server will be starting in
custom locations!
