Druid tanking gear guide

I've seen alot of guides saying that feral druids should get resilence to get uncrittable mixed with defense because its alot easier well heres a guide to getting 415 defense and a good mix of stats along with it without having to mix resil in it and its easy it contains kara/gruul/badge/mag gear easy to get now.

Here are the links for the gear that will get you there without having to gem defense at all only +12 stam or +15 stam gems (you will need the shoulder enchant from scyers or aldors that gives defense the exalted version the CoT revered head enchant and the clock enchant steelweave)

If your a tauren druid this bought me out to about 19k health unbuffed with this lower lvl raiding gear except for the badge and crafted and buffed i got about 24k-26k

34% dodge unbuffed about 31k armor unbuffed 415 defense on the dot about 25% crit and about 2k AP

I went for all stam gems and most of the enchants some people might say you want alot of dodge well thats not till your up there for now you need to stick as a rage builder so go for around 30-40% dodge

Also heres a talent build most of tanking druids use some people move the points around but this one is most common

Well anyways thanks for reading took a while to put together ill be posting a detailed guide on tanking with a feral druid later on very detailed heroics-25 mans.

btw2. resi doesnt stack with def afaik so 415 def is all u need for a druid imho

I know it does not stack with it but it mixs becuz it also reduces crit chance so people are mixing the defense and resil to try and get it easier which i think makes it a bit more complex

No sir i searched and searched before i posted it didnt find anything except crappy guides on how to tank not the gear to tank unleast it was for beginners this one is for players that have alrdy started into a bit of hardcore raiding put hardwork into this baby ^.^

That guide posted on the forum is just about what you need to be a tank barely entering kara and heroics 415 defense average health armor agil this one is for druids pass kara and entering ssc/tk

Heres a pretty nice guide to see what upgrades to get etc.

And yes resi gives lower chance to get critted, 15 resi for chest is for example better than 15 defense rating. If you only need the cap, resiliance makes you get there faster (5.8% is needed and you get 3% from talents).
Also when i play my teddybear i always go for agility if its 1agility vs 1 stamina as in boots for example and in some cases with socket bonuses on equipment.
Dodge is insanely good and agility gives that and armor.
I have 60% dodge 30k armor with my dps staff (Lots of agility) 21k health raid buffed.

You only need that high of dodge for illidan but theres alot of diff styles of playing a feral druid
