First Scam question

Just scammed my first account and i'm sure i made a huge mistake. I scammed the account for everything they had, then sent it to an alt on my main account on the server that i had scammed the gold on. I'm banned for sure huh? ( it was on the same computer as well)

EDIT: if so, is there anything i can do to save myself?

Well if you changed all the information and they have no proof of ownership then they can't call Blizzard empty handed. (I might be wrong)
