4. Enchant it
5. Equip it in your OH
6. Go arena
7. Rape casters.

There ain't actually many who know this trick, found it while farming devout gear for my rogue few months ago and decided to give it a try
Worked perfectly, as i ended up 2348 rating in 2v2 with another rogue.
It procs often enough to use it, but my record is 3 times in 15 seconds.

It has no DR, it has no hidden cd.

Common sense? If so, why's no1 using it? It's shit? No, it's OP and going to get nerfed soon. (As i made the thread, duh)

Well if you're playing doubledps in 2v2 or double / triple dps in 3v3, this wtfpwns.
That's because the dmg you do with shiv is not that effective, since there's another dpser with you.
