World Shutting down plz help

Your vendors table is corrupt. Try download a new database and it should work.

It looks like you've got some issue with your DB, specifically instance_bosses and vendors.

I know that many DB's offer upgrade scripts that can be run, perhaps you could make use of those to repair your DB.
