Navicat: Restart command for navicat what is it?

I just need to know how to restart the server through the database of navicat. If anyone could help me on this issue it would be greatly appreciated.

Navicat just acts as a frontend to MySQL to save people from their fear of command line. I don't think you can restart the server via navicat (unless for some weird reason the emu looks for an update to a row to tell it to restart). Just remote desktop / vnc / whatever into your server and restart it.

Yup, it's not possible to restart the server via navicat as dejavu11 said.

You will have to restart your server directly from the server itself, or ingame.
