Some parts wrong.

Bloody Apron: You can either get that or the Tree Bark Jacket.
Feyscale Cloak should be enchanted with 70 arm, not 10 shadow res.
Sanguine Sandals: You should aim for Nat Pagle's Extreme Anglin' Boots with 9 sta and minor speed enchant.
If you can't get the fishing boots, you should at least get minor speed not 7 stamina enchant. It is vital to be able to flee from rogues, otherwise you will for sure die.

I use the advisor's gnarled staff for my weapon. It's the WSG reward staff 40 marks and 428 honor boight from vendor

You can get 9 Stam to bracers so i wouldnt get 7, strange combination of gear imo, either you go full stam and int for CC mage, glasscannon fire gear for alot of dmg a or a balanced dmg/stam/mana gear and this seems to be somekind of mix between stam and frostdmg gear wich i wouldnt use for dmg.

its a bitch to get but if your a fire mage you can get
Inferno Robe - Thottbot: World of Warcraft
best 19 robe for mage, plus u can get 150 health on it since its a lvl 40 item
or any bc chant
