Portable Teleporter SQL not working

Seems like problem after problem

Well, I finally got my portable teleporter to compile after trying for a whole day, but now the SQL code I used for creating the item seems to not be working. I have looked up guides on how to make a portable morpher and warper and used the SQL codes from there but I had no success. I had this working on the latest Rev of OpenAscent and used the SQL code from there (using ArcEmu now) but that also doesn't work.

The problem: whenever I click to use the portable warper it says

"You can't use this item."

The entry ID matches that of the one define in the code
Class=8
subclass=-1
field4=-1
allowable class and race =-1 (i also tried 1503 and 1791)
spellid_1=33208
spellcharges_1=579


anything need to change? or anything that I haven't listed need to be added?

Try changing the class to 9...
or Charges to -1

Try changing the class to 9...

I first changed just the class to 9 and that didn't work, then I changes the charges to -1, leaving the class at 9, and that from what I can tell, gives me a fully functional portable warper!
