Make NPC wear items

Is it possible? Can i make a npc wear lich king helmet and other lich king armor?I saw that u can make a npc wear a sword,and make it drop what items u want...But is it possible to wear what item u want?

You cant because there's no armor model in the data and its only on the lich king skin.

So,i can t make a npc look like arthas,or something like that?I have a 2.4.3 server made with ascent.
And i wanna make a custom instance like northrend,and i can t find a custom model arthas.BTW i dont wanna replace arthas with a death knight from naxx.
Is it possible to change npc hair or skin?
