[Help] Compiling quagmire, advice?

I was following the ArcEmu Wiki to compile my server:

I'm at the "DBC Files" step, which is where I'm stuck.

.NET Framework 3.0 is downloaded and installed. "dbc.bat" file is created in the correct WoW directory. When I try to run "mpqe.exe", it won't extract the necessary files; instead, it just opens a command prompt screen and immediately disappears.


Anyone know what's going on?

First off, the files should be in the data directory, not a folder in the data directory.
