[Question] 3vs3 Setup with Warlock ?

    Hello

As a serious PvP in both S1, S2 and S3 im now forced to look for a new 3vs3 setup.

In the previous seasons I have played Shadow Priest, Affliction Warlock(ME) and Holy Paladin and we cracked the 2300+ rating. Was realy hard S3 but it was possible.
Now my fellow paladin have stopped playing and my shadow priest friend went back to play on his warrior.

So now I need a new 3vs3 team that has the function to get high. Im open for all ideas you can come up with. I play on Stormscale EU in the Cyclone battlegroup(best battlegroup in whole Europe) and the competion here is very hard and the best of the best are playing here. So I need a solid 3vs3 setup that can break through and get up at 2300+.

If someone has some feedback, I would like to hear them

Go SL/SL Lock, Disc Priest, MM or BM hunter. You will drain a target in about 20 sec, and after a couple of minutes of fighting, all of your targets will be drained, so it will be easy them down quickly.

    SL/SL Lock: Mana Drain
    Disc Priest: Mana Burn
    Hunter: Viper Sting

Heh, im in cyclone aswell :P Playing alliance on RC though.

But a drainteam like Igzz suggested or Druid/Rogue/Lock. Having tried both, Id suggest the Druid/Rogue/Lock team as its great fun to play.

Otherwise, head over to Arena Junkies - World of Warcraft PvP Strategy and Discussion and check their forums for suggestions and strategies.

He should probably try Igzz method first, that seems like it could work really well.

    Druid/Rogue/Warlock

This makeup has the ability to draw out games into a battle of Mana, and outlasting, while also maintaining the ability to be a very offensive team, with the strong CC each player brings to the table. Forcing trinkets, into full length Fear/Cyclone/Blind into Sap opens huge windows for your team to kill one of their players, or at least - have the opposing healer's fall way behind in healing, especially coupled with Curse of Tongues, and Spell Lock/Feral Charge's.
