Either way, he learned his lesson

Either way, I have ordered powerlevleing from Swagvault 6-7 times, and only one time
did I get final warning - And that was because I logged onto the account at the same
    time!

Give us more proof, and I'll believe you, but this is more likely a one time happening
then what normaly happens, you have most likely just been very unlucky. Or, you
screwed up, which is actually very likely. (Don't take that as an offence, but
one part has to screw up, and from experience, Swagvault doesn't do that often)

Swagvault has only given me quality, so this sounds fishy.
FOR A MOMENT, NOTHING HAPPENED. THEN, AFTER A SECOND OR SO, NOTHING CONTINUED TO HAPPEN.

Honestly, how would you know that it was banned 5 minutes after you bought Powerleveling service?

If you try to log onto the account at the same as theyre powerleveling you, then its your own fault, so why would they give you refunds for that?

I ordered a 1-70 package for a mage and when the character was around level 20 I recieved an email from blizzard saying my account got a 72 hour suspension and final warning for some action on my account. (they never specified what it was just that it violated the spirit of the game)

Account was a new account that I never logged into while they were powerleveling. I was busy playing my rogue. Swagvault never contacted me to tell me about the suspension and when I contacted them they kept giving me bullshit answers. Eventually they stopped replying to my emails and never continued with my power leveling or gave me a refund. I paid almost 300 dollars for a level 20 mage and a final warning on my account.

Be weary of who you give your account info to.
