glider isnt working help

ok i just paid 25 buks for glider and im new to it i followed directions first of all it says dont dl on destop so i moved it another folder then it says open launchpad wen i click launch pad i get a fatal error it says could not connect to server or something like that i disabled all firewalls and it still dont work plz help im getting very pissed becuz i pais for this

Yup, I just bought glider too. Anyways, all you need to do is:

1. Reinstall it.
2. When you download launch pad, DON'T open it.
3. Create a new folder in your documents or something
4. Place launch pad in that folder
5. Run launch pad.
6. It should install the rest of WoW Glider
7. Config and run.

how do i reistall jst delete it and dl it again

nop[e it still isnt working and iwent to the help forums and none of that ios working ok i downloaded it then i moved it itno my documents and then double cliked it and its still not working i tried changing where firefox downloads something but thats not working either plz help
