I got some questions. My account got suspended until the ownership is confirmed. However, I got a copy of his idea and such. I can therefor retrieve the account. I got 2 questions:

1. Is sending that id to blizzard illegal?
2. The picture is to big to send through the blizzard form so I though of uploading and give them the link. The question is, if I upload HIS ID on a public site like megaupload is that illegal?

You legally cannot use someone else's ID, and therefor cannot send it either.
