Shows zones, maps, and connections between them to assist in levelling, where to go to get to certain areas, and what levels are in each zone.

I just re-tested the link, it's still working just fine..

Try adding the RapidShare domain to your trusted sites, and enable everything. Then set back to normal after you've downloaded it.
