Z is. Think of it as a 3d plain. Y is up or down on the map, x is left or right on the map, and Z is up and down on your screen.

Z always means height to and from the ground level (or below).
X is East/West
Y is North/South

yup. If anyone wouldnt mind sharing their early release account with me... or even allowing me to remote access them while they use it... i could update the x/y/z coords. Not to mention that they would figure out how to do it themselves =D
