I think Matt should add it to the forum index (have a user option to disable it if you don't like it)

That way more people would use it.

The first suggestion where someone already did the work for me, how can i not add it?
If I added FlashChat to the forum Index it would GREATLY increase page load times and may even crash some users.. But pop-ups could work out..
