What shall i do if i just have username and password and he remember the secret question :S? I dont want it to get recalled :s

There is nothing you can do about it except trying to convince him changing the email to yours or you can just ninja everything on the account and sell it for gold.

You will need to get the last name on the account and transfer it to a new account using the WoW Lawyer's method. If you don't do this it has a huge probability of being recalled. You can get the last name by asking or checking the pay pal information if you are sure that pay pal account belongs to him.

If you have the Secret Answer and Full name you can change the email. Now your problem was very poorly explained so it's quite hard to understand what you're asking about.
