Wpe Pro item spell

My server almost got rid of all the fun things you could do with wpe. But a while ago I saw a pally who just aggroed about 10 mobs, and killed them instantly.
The combat log didn't show anything. The mobs just died. When I asked him, how did he do it, he told me, that he was using some item and a program.
My guess, that it's wpe pro. He somehow managed to switch a regular item's use to the use effect on Martin thunder Thottbot World of Warcraft: Area Death (TEST), or Thottbot World of Warcraft: Death Touch. I've tried to do it myself, but it didn't work out. So, i was wondering if I could get some help here.

impossible. when you use an item you aren't using item x your using an item in slot x.

a basic send packet for using an item might be something like this
79 E9 9E FF 06 4B FF 17

FF 17 being the slot the item you used was in.


the pally likely used a bugged quest item ( i can think of a ton that would do this)

yeah. i could do that but then wheres the fun in handing out these types of things ^_^ finding exploits yourself is much more rewarding.

Ok, second try. Just an hour ago, I saw it again.
This time it was a mage. I've tried to ask him about it, but he didn't say anything.
All i can say is that when the mob dies, it has a nature like animation on him, as if he was hit by a wrath spell. And it seems, that before the mage could kill the mobs, he had to be in combat with them.
Does anyone has any quest item in mind, which matches my description? I'm anxious to get to the truth.
