WPE Codes

Hey just wondering if theres a site or anything to get some codes maybe to change spells to other spells with a list of some codes for some good DMG spells to set .. also .. just wondering if theres a way to change the casting time of spells ? with WPE that be sweet to have like a 1 sec pyro or whatever. Also just wondering if theres a way to EDIT items to change the STATS to increase DPS more so like Staffs higher DPS be sweet.

you cannot (as in noobs cannot not as in its impossible) change spells on latest revs. it's also not possible to change casting time or edit items
